If you accept the quotation and become a customer then this information is held in-house.  It is stored in a spreadsheet format. We use password protection and limit the number of people who have access to it. We keep your data for up to 3 years.

If you do not go ahead with us we keep your data for up to 1 year in case you would like to go ahead with the work at a later date.

Technical information is collected, stored and reported on using Google Analytics.

If you are a J Dalby & Son Ltd customer you may request to see what information we hold relating to you, free of charge. We can also amend or delete this data on your request.
